About Us
Most of the times, one presentation starts with the chronological stages of the agency's existence and the experience accumulated on the road, but the current situation calls for a different approach. So, TODAY we are an Event Agency ready to provide a full range of hybrid and #virtual events, starting with small scale webinars or online team-building up to large scale conferences, with 3D virtual expo zones and thousands of participants, split in multi-track sessions.
Aside from the event organizing, we can help you with any branding or promotion project, from common articles - corporate giveaways, branded merchandise, trophies, outfits, mascots, POSM - up to designing and producing complex structures such as expo booths, retail furniture and displays, indoor and outdoor signage.
As for our history, our journey have started in 2007, as a spin off from SmartPoint Consulting and since then we have accumulated tons of experiences organizing epic corporate events, be it a business conference, a product launch, a dealer meeting, a teambuilding or a corporate party. There are more than 1,000 events delivered and counting.

Sellers' Day 2020
2019 edition of Sellers' Day gathered more than 2.300 participants, at Bucharest Palace Hall.
In COVID-19 times, eMAG & Conviv Media assumed once again the pioneer role: a complex business conference hosted on a 3D virtual platform, where 3.000 participants where able to explore the sponsor booths, interact with the partners and watch the presentations in a virtual auditorium.

for Dell Products
A long series of product training and demos for the newest technologies from Dell, both for the internal teams, but also for the external audience: distributors and potential end-users.
Multiple presenters webinars with online engagement tools (polls and questions) but also contests and gamifications granting awards for the most active and perceptive participants.

Partners' Conference 2020
eMAG Parteners' Conference is an annual event, with high-level audience, where the CEO of the company is presenting the global and regional overview and how the company is envisioning the next steps in the current situation.

Summit Agro
Partners' Event 2020
Summit Agro partnered with Conviv Media in organizing a festive product launch for the Summit Agro Romania partners; a blend of japanese traditions, high-tech products presentations and entertainment elements.
Two major celebrations were held during the same event: 23 years of Summit Agro in Romania and 100 years of Sumitomo.
NOD Dealers' Meeting
Belgrade 2019
NOD Dealers' Meeting is a benchmark in the IT&C industry, where all major brands have the chance to meet the dealers for a 2-day event that combines business presentations with networking and fun activities. We are organizing this event for more than 10 years and we have explored not only the country, but also surprising destinations from abroad.
For 2019 the designated location was Belgrade.

Kids Party & Employees Event
Christmas is really a wonderful time of the year and every year, Servier Pharma gives a great importance to organizing a special event for its employees, making it the most awaited event of the year.
And this is not all, Servier Pharma employees’ children are also invited to participate in the most beautiful event dedicated to them, where Santa Claus comes and shares his stories from around the world.

During the last years we were challenged to find solutions for a series of branding and marketing productions, so we have enhanced our in-house creative & visual department and also developed several partnerships with some of the most reliable producers from the region.
Hence we are now able to deliver all kinds of productions, from the simplest branded outfits to the custom designed expo booths.
